Price Reduction. That’s the New Game in Town!

According to an instructor in a recent seminar that I attended, the times are changing! Prices are going down and homes are definitely staying on the market longer. Seventeen (17) new homes have come on the market in the Pittsburg – Downtown/Waterfront area since June 1, 2006 with a total of 25 now on the market in the downtown area. Just eight (8) have closed escrow in the entire downtown area.

Where are all of the buyers?

We have a great 4 bedroom end unit for “lease” on the water with a dock. It will be available August 15, 2006.

The Seafood Festival is quickly approaching – September 9th and 10th, with the Zinfandel Dinner starting things off Friday night. The dinner is catered by Scott’s Seafood and is sure to be good.

The Pittsburg Yacht Club is having its’ own festivities with lots of food and a giant sale in our ships store. Come on by!
